Hey guys recently I watched these two French movies ILS 'n
Deux Freres.. Ils is a kinda thriller so dont expect to learn
much french by watchin this movie.. coz screams 'n pows 'n
splats 'n boom bams... sound the same in all languages.. this movie is
based on true events 'n the climax really gave me the
creeps.. the ending is sorta on the lines of the book The
Mystic River (am not sure I got the name correct.. pretty
bad at rememberin names..). It really makes one wonder
about the human psyche.. The dark side really does exist
rt... I know that nobody's out 'n out pure as such, each 'n
every individual does have a darker side to them... but
what is it that provokes or makes a seemingly harmless
individual to act in such a horrifying way.. It's beyond me
so lets leave it at that... Maybe sometime later when am in
a much more darker mood.. grrrr.. Now lets cut back to the other movie Deux Freres which is
kinda cute.. this is a french movie but I got the English dubbed version with French subtitles.. Now how crazy can one get.. Anyways this story' about 2 tigers who are brothers
who get separated 'n how they meet at the end.. Sounds a
bit like the lost 'n found bollywood drama but with a twist
coz here the protagonists are animals rather than humans.. 'n they have this real good sense of smell coz of which they dont require these half lockets or rings or birthmarks or names written on their arms to recognize each other like the way the heroes do..
So all in all you can say I did watch French movies but didnt learn much as far as the language goes coz like I said one didnt have much dialogues 'n the other one turned out to be the English version.. :)
